Calling the Captain
In the vein of drawing superheroes, I wanted to do one for my friend. His pick was Captain America who I never really got into as a growing up. Mostly it was his costume, it didn't seem to work for me so I never tried with any effort to draw him. And when I heard they were going to do a movie about him, I had my reservations. I have to say that I never really got it. I understood was that the character was needed during a certain time and need for a paragon of American ideals, and he was the one who exemplified it, boosted morale, a fictional leader, but I still didn't like the suit. Well I have to say that after I saw the 2 films I got it. Uncompromising, a leader, a tactition, an idealistist, his representation for all the solders who sacrifice to serve this country, why the suit is the way it is... So I drew him in my favorite uniform.

Juggernaut Mech
This weekend the subject of X-Men and Mechs came into a conversation. I met Dante whose favorite mutant was Juggernaut, and also likes the art of Mechs. I proposed what an interesting subject it would be to have Juggernaut in a Mech suit. During its design I tried to find a suit design that would enhance his mutant power which was being unstoppable once he starts running. I also fitted him with some gunnary which would common in a mech equipment. Well I hope I did them both justice. Thanks Dante.

Thor
While we were on the subject of Superheroes I'd thought I could give the ones I've never drawn before a crack so here is the God of Thunder.
